Eat: Goat’s Chorizo, Ricotta and Basil Pizza

It is rare to find someone who doesn’t love pizza and the combination of the spice in the goat’s chorizo and the creamy soft ricotta work beautifully in this recipe. To make, layer a wholemeal pizza base with pizza sauce, top with grated cheddar cheese, sliced goat’s chorizo and fresh ricotta. Bake in a hot oven (approximately 220 degrees celcius) until golden. Remove and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy! ELE tip- if you can’t find goat’s chorizo normal chorizo works perfectly well also. Enjoy!
