Healthy Iced Chocolate Cream and Raspberry Brownies

These iced chocolate cream and fresh raspberry brownies are the perfect guilt free treat. They are simple to make and are raw, vegan, gluten and sugar free.

Ingredients
Base
2 cups dates
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 cup finely chopped walnuts (other nuts including pecans and almonds also work great)
3 tablespoons cacao
Pinch of sea salt

Iced Chocolate Cream
1 avocado
3 tablespoons of cacao
3-4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1 punnet fresh raspberries

Base
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until well combined. Place mixture in a lined baking tray and press down firmly. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and cut in to squares.

Chocolate Cream
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until very smooth and creamy.

Ice the base with the chocolate cream, top with fresh raspberries and serve. Enjoy!
